"My initial booking was a studio executive. Upon arrival when showed the room it did not come across exactly as described. The window given in the room did not have any view. "Almost everything is excellent about this property. The welcome, the size of the rooms, the shower and bath pressure and temperature. The kitchen appliances. The only real issue I had was that most rooms don't have their own washing machine, and of the 6 washers and 6 dryers in the basement, nearly of them are out of service with no sign of getting fixed."
