"This property is better than shown in the pictures. The host, Yorie, is wonderful, friendly, attentive and responds to requests immediately. It was extremely hot when we were there and being able to cool off in the pool was perfect. The unit is immaculate and all the fits and finishes are top quality. "We were at Shell Villa for 9 days with some friends and our infant son. The highlight of this property is its location and its views! Every day you get greeted with some amazing views of either Montserrat or the many sailboats that cruise through. David & Jenny were super communicative and provided us with copious amounts of information to prepare us for a seamless stay. Once on the ground,Clare and Nath were amazing local contacts who went above the call of duty to ensure a memorable stay....

"The property was amazing, although sort of off the beaten path…but that’s not even a problem with having a driver available anytime. The house was spectacular and Lou (owner) was always a call away, willing to help, pick up groceries, drinks, whatever. The house is probably better than the pictures online. And the pool was a great size! Would recommend The Carib House, and Lou, to anyone."

"One think is good to pay attention to prior arrival. Is access road is difficult you need 4x4 or brave driver. Air con just in one main bedroom which wasn't issue for me but if i wanted to use both bedrooms would be problematic. I was happy there by myself nice remote location."

"This home was everything and more than we hoped for. The view was simply incredible and we spent countless hours just looking… house is stocked inside with all you will need, we cooked, grilled and had plentiful drinks, never short on glasses, dishes or otherwise. "We had 7 of us for a 4 day stay. The home was spacious, and the pool was lovey. The east side of the island is quiet, and relaxing. The home is close to spectacular views at Shirley Heights."

"Excelente ubicación, frente a la playa, con un buen restaurante al lado. El área es segura, y la habitación muy amplia y equipada. La habitación y los jardines estaban limpios y bien mantenidos. Definitivamente, si regreso a la isla el Antigua Village me hospedaría en el nuevamente."

"The communication and check in were smooth. Location is alright, 10min walk from the beach, which offers good privacy. Nice touches with sun cream, towels and some basic cooking ingredients (salt, oil, coffee, some cereals, and biscuits). The half-working grill let us cook some fresh fish. There is one parking spot for all cottages, which was great for our rental car, which highly recommend to have if going to this accommodation. The wifi connection is acceptable for a Zoom call. "We arrived and checked in with no problems. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Oscar was the best! He always checked in with us and made sure we had everything we needed. He even changed our car tire when it went flat. Leonard was also helpful while checking in with his staff and patrons. Our little apartment was right in front of the pool. "I loved the property and how it was set up. A few tiny things niggled me. The jacuzzi bath didn't have a stopper so couldnt use it as a bath. The shower wasnt cleaned properly, there was hairs all over. No other plugs for international guests. Some of the lights didnt work."

"No one was there to check us in. We left. Your company is telling us that we cannot yet the full refund… We spoke with the establishment and they said that they have told you that they are not going to charge us. I expect a full refund. "Beautiful Beach, mediocre service at best. No beach towels despite askig for them 3 hours, can´t get bottled water pas 7 pm... can´t call guest services to book a venue, you have to go personally, no hair Dryer despite requesting it for two consecutive days.... Not what you´d expect from a $700 / night hotel...... People are nice bur service Really Mediocre"
