"The property was well kept, very clean, very nice staff. We had a pool view which was beautiful & you can see the ocean/mountains from there. The view was beautiful! The room was nice however the jets in the tub didn’t work. I was a bit disappointed about that because that was 50% why I booked the room however being right in front of the pool made up for it. "There were a number of issues with this property. First it was not the property shown in the Expedia photo, nor was it in the location indicated on Expedia. Second, there was no remote control for the air conditioner unit in the main living area downstairs so it could not be turned on. Due to the extreme heat outside the two units in the upstairs bedrooms struggled to cool those rooms, and the whole unit was very uncomfortable to be in. Third, the customer service was appalling. "Location was amazing. So close to wonderful calm swimming Waters. Wonderful for families. Pool was so clean and wonderful gardens were great. Plus we felt so safe. Many thanks to the locals for sharing their wonderful Island and Vibe with us"
