"The breakfast is great with lots of variety, definitely worth the price. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back to this hotel and location is good enough if you don’t mind walking (we did and were hitting 25k steps per day) or using the public transportation which is also very good to get around."

"Relaxing location but the check in process is a joke! Messaged before arriving to see if we could check in early and they said yes if its available, when we arrived they said no check in is at 2, didnt even check if it was available. Then you have to get a ticket and wait to be called to check in, no one even told us you needed a ticket. There are around 30 people waiting to check in and each one takes 10-20 minutes. We had a room for 3 and the 3rd bed wasnt even made up, all blankets were...

"Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The shuttle ran often and was free. There is a restaurant on site which is good because the hotel is kind of in the middle of no where - but it's quite and safe. "

"Dirty room and air con not working. We booked one night so that we could get a restful sleep. Air con didnt work so had to keep tbe balcony door open to keep cool at night. Problem is that is it across the termini and extremely noisy throughout the night.. the room, linen, headboard all very dirty.. dont stay.. its worse then bad!"

"Great airport hotel, and hotel front desk staff member was friendly even helped with the shuttle to the airport which came 20 mins earlier than expected and that was awesome. It was clean however, the place looked a little bit run down, and didn't have any coffee or tea provided in the room. 4 stars!"
