"I have been staying here since they first open the staff and everyone is very friendly and on point the property is very nice if I had any complaints at all, it would be the restaurant. I think there needs to be more consideration to the menu but the atmosphere and everything is quite nice"

J ai apprécié cet endroit de la Résidence Eburnea. Cela nous a permis d etre tout pres de notre famille . Ca sera avec un grand plaisir de vous revoir et de renouveler notre sejour prochainement chez vous . Mon coup de coeur,c est la piscine qui est a dispo 24/24h . L entretien est nickel . "Very nice rooms and they do online reservations payment. WiFi, hot water, and A/C all working well. The staff are very friendly and there’s a security guard to allow 24/7 access to guests. In the morning, breakfast was sent to my room which was perfect done. I would recommend this to anyone looking to book a hotel in the area."

"Please don’t book this hotel! Inspite of having a confirmation # and my card was charged this booking did not exist when I arrived. The phone # shown is incorrect. I had to provide the correct # to Hotels.com agent so he could call and sort it out. This hotel is not affiliated with Hotels.com and the hotel informed me that they only take reservations over the phone directly with the customer. Fortunately they had openings and I was able to stay but required cash. "

"Hotel super bonito La recepción siempre a tu disposición El chofer que nos ha llevado estos días un 20 sobre 10 En cuanto a los productos disponibles, ha faltado productos que no tienen fecha de caducidad , como la cerveza o el cacao en el desayuno Para mi gusto, me han faltado más variedad de frutas y que haya servicio de habitaciones y mini bar. La lavandería mejorable, algunas toallas no estaban 100% blancas. Y el espacio del baño un poco pequeño, las camas podrían ser más grandes. En cuanto al desayuno, cuidado con tener la loza al aire libre, se llena de hormigas. La zona de playa descuidada y las amagas y sillas de la playa un poco viejas. Comento cosas mejorables pero para nada, excluyentes de ir al hotel; yo repetiría sin dudarlo "
