"Great rooms and great location"

"Das Hotel ist sehr sauber das Personal freundlich und Zimmer groß genug. Wir haben nicht gefrühstückt fanden die 17,50 Euro zu teuer. Auch die Getränke im Shop fanden wir viel zu teuer. 5 Euro für ein Bier aus dem Automaten to much. Danke auch für die gute Organisation beim Feueralarm 😉 Die Lage fanden wir auch sehr gut für uns. Wollten unbedingt mal die Südstadt kennen lernen 👍"

"I booked a twin bed dorm for a bit more money, Expedia transferred half of what I paid to a&o and booked a 6 bed shared dorm. a&o did nothing to accommodate me,(They saw my receipt and saw the mistake Expedia made) because according to them they can't change the booking because it was booked by Expedia and Expedia also did nothing to help and did not send me the difference I paid either. I checked in, went up to the room and checked out same day. I did not stay there and had to arrange my own...

"It was clean It was extremely small! The entrance has steps as a wheelchair user this was difficult! The area is dirty and scary! A lot of noise at night and bright lights disturbing sleep. Did not feel safe."

"We arrived a little early because it was very hot in the city center. Thankfully, our room was ready and the staff were so kind as to let us into our room early. I had read some reviews that were a little negative and was slightly concerned prior to our arrival. All the negative issues were non-existent for us. Our room was at the end of the hall, near the Autobahn and we did not hear any vehicle noise during the night. The beds were suitable for the sleep that we needed, though a little softer...

"スタッフの親切な対応が好印象です。ライン川沿いの賑やかな地域にもかかわらず、室内は静かで過ごしやすく、清潔で空調も快適でした。シャワールームのドアの下部に隙間があり、若干お湯が漏れ出るのが気になりましたが、それほど心配するほどではありません。大聖堂やケルン中央駅からも近く、便利です。私たちが泊まった部屋は３階にあるのに、一度４階に上がってから階段を降りて３階に行くという不思議な構造でした。いまだにどういう構造になっているのか不明です。小さなホテルですが、安心して宿泊できると思いますよ。"
