"Upon arrival there was no one at the desk , but the keys to our room were there with our names clearly on them. A phone next to the counter with a sign says pick up if you have any questions. So I did, person answering said we were all set. Room were clean and spacious. Breakfast in the morning was good and plentiful. Would definitely stay here again. Cheers "

"The continental breakfast was healthy and varied. Our room was lovely, it faced the lake and had a beautiful view. The staff was accommodating and very friendly. Perfect for a mid week stay as a quiet getaway. "

"This is a historic property. It was quaint, quiet, and clean. We were made to feel very welcome. It was so fun to walk around and see all the homes and amenities in the Chautauqua Institute."

"Never received check in information and no response from messages or phone calls. Tried multiple times and in every way we could to contact the host and VRBO. Ended up in a nearby hotel for the night since there was no response. Very disappointed to say the least and I expect a full refund!!!!"

"The camper is in the countryside, close to the woods, and quiet enough to enjoy a weekend in nature. It's small, but it includes everything you need for a trip."

"I love this house! We had the entire place to ourselves since we were the only guests. Very clean. Love the old architecture. Jade made sure we had everything we needed. A plus! Would definitely stay again if we revisit the area. "

"The apartment is clean and well appointed. Owner was available for all questions and/or issues. Should we be in the area again, we would definitely return. The only drawback for us, and we are seniors, was that there was no railing on the staircase going up to the bedrooms."

"Convenient and quiet location. House has everything we needed. Easy check in and great communication from hosts."

"The kitchen is spacious with lots of dishes. We could have used some microwaveable serving bowls. We loved the outdoors areas. I’m sure that we will return in the future. Truly enjoyed our time there in the chalet. And any of our concerns were immediately addressed. Sue"
