"Very good in general Highly recommend it Eugenia was very helpful and very friendly and always there when u need her "

"Close to airport"

"Choosing to stay here instead of downtown Santiago was about convenience and safety. I had booked a downtown hotel but after touring Santiago felt the location was unsafe for a woman traveling alone. So I booked the Holiday Inn. It was a place to wait for a flight. Wasn’t able to get late check out. Hotel is not comfortable, the staff is dismissive but it’s convenient!!!!"

"Loved it. Would definitely stay there again ! Staff is awesome."

"Very nice hotel with very attentive and courteous staff. The location was excellent close to restaurants and main attractions and with a beautiful park at the front. Rooms were small but comfortable beds."

"不喜欢这家酒店，非常吵闹，早餐极差！"

"Great stay and service"

"Locación central decían que era peligroso en la noche pero no lo sentimos para nada. !! Personal con una gran sonrisa y atención!!"

"From arrival to departure the staff was helpful and friendly. They let us occupy the room earlier since our flight arrived in the morning. They offered us a courtesy drink during happy hour, the included breakfast had great variety of food. And the food and service at the restaurant on the 8th floor was excellent! Plus the location could not be better. We were closed enough to walk to most attractions. Definitely recommend!"

"The staff were pleasant and helpful. The property itself is very tired. The hallway looked like it had not been cleaned and there was plaster flaking off the walls. The noise from outside our room was very loud it felt like the people were in our room."

"Great staff, location and breakfast. Enjoyed our stay here while visiting Ushuaia."

"Friendly, English-speaking staff, free hotel shuttle, very quiet and comfortable. The room service app needs some work."

"Nice hotel and can recommend. Very good location, nice interior, clean rooms with an amazing view of the Main Street. Would have given 5 stars in rating, if the cleaning crew wouldn’t have stood twice in my room at 8:45 / 9:00 while I was still sleeping (woke up and was a bit surprised)."
