"The hotel is super convenient to the airport however the rooms seem a bit dated. There was a musty smell in my room and you can tell the vents havent been touched in years. There was also a loud noise coming from the air conditioning which kept waking me up at night. Also the front light didnt work and there was electrical tape over the switch the the bathroom light. The buffet was alright however nothing great about it."

"Hotel is fine, but I didn't like the way is the bathroom. It looks like the bathroom is part of your bedroom, just a glass separates your bed from the shower and bathroom. I tried the restaurant and food was pretty good."

"Had a great experience on a one day layover. Staff was incredibly friendly and really helped out by allowing me to check in early so that i could make my tour on time. The shuttle pickup and dropoff was seamless. Would recommend especially on a short layover."

"I had requested an early check in if possible as I was arriving early after an overnight flight and only had a few hours to explore Santiago before catching a flight the next morning. I was shocked they were able to get me in a room at 10 am when I arrived which was wonderful as I desperately needed to shower and freshen up. The man who checked me in was very kind. The free shuttle to/from the airport was efficient. Rooms are very nice and spacious and housekeeping was so nice to bring me extra...

"Lovely hotel in a safe and pleasant area of Santiago. Clean room. Miserable staff on reception on arrival; more cheerful in subsequent conversations. Door men really shouldn't bother - usually either asleep or on their phone 😆 Nice room. Air con on the noisy side and interesting light set up. Complimentary coffee, water and Coke. Hairdryer, iron and ironing board provided. Rooftop pool, gym and bar area are lovely. Hot in the sun and the pool is 'refreshing'! Good selection for breakfast....

"We had hoped to check in early but we sat waiting in the lobby for 3 hours while the room wasn't ready. Had we been told there was no chance we would have go out and explored vs just sitting. English is not spoken nor understood by the serving staff. Our meals/drinks were a challenge to order and yet the vast majority of guests were english speaking. Don't ask to split the bill as this isn't understood nor is the 15% discount on food/beverages we were expecting based on booking with expedia...

"Cleaning staff very pleasant but room cleaning and supplies were sporadic. Front desk staff doesn't really go out of their way to help you. Pool is freezing. Santiago is beautiful and the hotel was in a nice location within walking distance to restaurants and bars."
