"Room was very clean and spacious. Resort was remote and super quiet. Had entire beach to ourselves most of the stay. Saw bald eagles, ospreys , herons, and turtles right at the beach out front. Dirt road in was a little rough but you just had to drive slow
Traffic on millennium freeway and leeward highway were brutal at rush hour in the am and pm so if you plan boat dives early stay in middle of island"

"Was a fantastic property. Food was good. Lots of other places close by to eat. House cleaning came 2 times daily. Will definitely go back. Was great with kids."

"The view from every room is AMAZING. Just a 3 min walk away from the famous “da conch shack”. If you are wanting to visit grace bay, it is a 15-20 min away, we rented a car and visited every day. We loved staying a little away from all the tourist. We couldn’t have been in a more quiet and peaceful place, and we felt nothing but safe in the location. The room was clean, and they were quick to help us with anything we needed & more! "

"From start to finish the accomodations were of the highest standard. The place pretty quiet, the decor fabulous.
They think of everything. I felt like I was home and I would recommend Sea Grape Studios to anyone interested in visiting Providenciales. My suite was like a nice cozy cottage. Situated off Millenium Highway, it is close to many conveniences such as gas stations, laundromats, grocery stores, etc.
If ever I should visit this area of the TCI again, I would definitely book their...

"The good was location and clean large room. Most staff were friendly and super helpful. The downside is construction!!! Right next door to balcony from 7 am to 7pm. Noisy and workers looking in. Otherwise great for the price. "
