"The hotel was incredibly ! My kids loved eating at the rooftop , so we ate every day . Also the pool was incredible ! The little sand box is also fun to play. They have a poster that says pool closes at 8pm but just ask staff at the rooftop and they will let you go inside the pool late hours . The staff is Supper friendly ! I was surprised in the cleaning . We usually wake up at 1-3pm so we leave the room pretty late . I’ll just leave the “ clean the room “ card . And the room will be clean...

"Nice room let down by appalling management An incident occurred where housekeeping accidentally threw away some belongings which contained some valuable items. I approached the elderly manager on the front desk and told him that a bag had gone missing in the room, however I immediately felt dismissed and he didn't seem concerned. He wasn't counting on my fierce Thai girlfriend approaching him and asking for him to check the CCTV footage which he refused to do. We managed to find a kinder staff...

Very impressive is khun Nat, an outstanding polite, warmest hospitality to help the guests, well represents beautiful Thailand, Thais, and Cultures. A treasure to have at Mariya.! Some improvements are internet issues, room-unstable and difficult sign-in for WiFi, one unfriendly female front-desk/ is not helpful and simply blames on guest's laptop quality/issue instead, and the narrow step stairways is not good."
