"The room and carpet smelled really bad. There was also no hot water. The staff’s only offered suggestion was “wiggling” the faucets which did not work in the shower. Overall terrible experience. Never staying here again."

The lady preparing breakfast was very efficient keeping food out and the severing counter clean. Negative: no chair in the room to relax in. only chair was the office chair at the desk area. Not a comfortable chair to relax in for an extended period."

"The host is very courteous and responds quickly. The area is great in relation to the colleges and shopping. The parking is not advantageous. The property can use some upgrading. The stove and microwave were terrible. The owner should check on the cleaning crew...It was a great price and stay for a one night trip. I would recommend based on the communication with the host."
