"We had a blast here. The only issues were: the pool was closed for maintenance during our stay, the cabin barely slept 6 people comfortably, and we were unable to use the dishwasher. Everything else was perfect. Great views, easy access to the lake, and near Rhett's for some good food. Thank y'all!"

"Absolutely perfect location on the lake! The house is very nice and has a fully stocked kitchen. Super comfortable beds, too. Tons of fish from the dock as well!! The boys fish from the dock and use the kayaks to fish around the area all day long! Easy to communicate throughout the entire stay. We’ve stayed at several properties on the lake and this one is our favorite."

"We had a wonderful stay at Southern Roots Retreat. The home is exactly as described and more. Grandkids loved fishing and swimming. They also loved seeing the ducks and rabbits crossing the backyard. Check in and check out is easy. Our host is very helpful and quick to respond. Very family friendly.
