"I didn’t like the fact that upon arrival, I was charged 30$ a DAY for my dog. This fee was not disclosed whatsoever when checking out. A very unpleasant and ridiculous hidden fee. Another way to screw the customer and get more money. Although the hotel and the stay was nice, because of this ridiculous pet fee, I will never stay here again. "

"It's a 100+ year-old small hotel. Pretty good for a quick stop on our way from DFW to NOLA. We have no problem with the hotel. However, when we tried to take a 4 min walk to the nearest restaurant, some punks in a pick up truck drove by yelled at us and threw a bottle cap which hit my wife. It is saddening to witness young people in this part of the country feel they can treat people like that."

"Idk why super 8 in natchitoches has a better rating than here. This Motel 6 is actually pretty nice. And clean. Sure theyre remodeling some of the rooms but the rooms they offer are all in great shape. Much nicer than super 8. And at a better price. The rooms are big. And their air conditioners work great! "We really enjoyed our stay in this adorable cabin. The cabin itself might look small but it’s not cramped inside. It was roomy enough for the three of us and our three dogs. It was comfy and clean. The property was beautiful, quiet and well maintained. Owners were very helpful and responsive for anything we needed. Highly recommend and if we come back to the area we’d definitely stay here again!"

"Most beautiful property! It was an amazing stay among one of the prettiest places to relax. The home is gorgeous and decorated with lovely pieces that made you feel comfortable - not like you were in an old house. The furnishings were top notch. Can't say enough about the stunning trees and quiet nature surrounding the beautiful home. Heaven! From Dallas going to Lafayette it is a perfect stop. "
