The bedrooms are good sizes and we had everything we needed. My daughter appreciated the tvs with access to app subscriptions. The hot tub is huge, very relaxing. Lovely to have a fire and outside space. Being next to the stream and right by the waterfall was a great bonus. "

"The room we had was lovely and more spacious than we'd expected which was welcome. There was a smell coming from the bathroom which we reported to Reception and were offered either another room or for someone to come and have a look at it. We opted for someone looking at the room and they did an amazing job. Breakfast staff were lovely as were the Reception staff. "There were signs of wear and tear within the building, the room with a sea view was ideally situated .there was some noise from traffic. Compared to other stays in Douglas, this hotel was very good."

"Beautiful grounds , lovely setting , little bit out of Douglas but everything was easily accessible , you do need a car! Staff are super and the hotel is sparkling clean . Food in the Bar/Lounge was first class ( not cheap ) service was very good . Brilliant Breakfast Buffet …nice views from the table . Would highly recommend this hotel ."
