"Our room was clean & tidy. The staff were pleasant & helpful. The breakfast, food in the evening & drink were good & reasonably priced. Overall we have no complaints & enjoyed our stay. Communication prior to our stay was good as the hotel kept us informed of any issues & events taking place. In the summer having direct access to the beach would be great for families. Yarmouth was not far to travel to. Thank you to all the staff. "

"Terrible experiencia. Se les llamó oportunamente para indicar que se llegaría un poco más tarde por las condiciones del camino y nos rechazaron, sin ninguna consideración. "Fantastic stay! The room was wonderful and thoughtfully catered for my dog. Often, pet-friendly rooms can feel a bit second-rate compared to others, but this was absolutely not the case. The room was spotless, cozy, and warm — complete with a dog bed, treats, bowls, and even poo bags, which was such a nice touch. "This was a spur of the moment decision to stay in Wroxham and we fancied a bit of luxury, and indeed Wroxham Hotel did provide just that. It's an unassuming building with a pleasant terrace overlooking the river and all the boats. The room was comfortable and spacious with lots of little extras like toiletries and slippers! The food was excellent - we particularly enjoyed the best breakfast we've had in a hotel for a long time. I can't fault the staff either - friendly, helpful and professional....
