"I booked a garden room which I thought should look over the garden but it didn’t it look over a wall one way and a back yard the other right next to the laundry room all you could hear was the washing machines and dryer. It was a same was a garden room at all. The pool was very cold."

"The staff were great even though they were very busy and appear to be short staffed. One comment is that you need to be a genius to open the water bottles in the room !!! Also felt the small breads etc at breakfast were very dry . Otherwise a great stop and so loved the decor."

"I was unable to use my booking as i had 2 funerals to attend. My daughters came instead. They said mum you would have hated it stank everywhere of dogs and they were in the dining room. It seems you are more dog friendly than people friendly"

"Our overall stay was nice but our room was too hot with no heating controls. We opened the window to solve the problem but…. then were woken up early both mornings with deliveries on day 2 and the Sunday market being set up on day 3 - both from about 5.30am"

"Beautiful hotel, rooms are just stunning and have you everything you could need. They even have little extra add ons in the corridors such as marshmallows for the fire, bath oils etc. Staff were all very friendly and polite. Could not recommend enough"

"Myself and my Husband have just returned from a 2 night stay in the Stone Room at Cley Windmill and we cannot recommend it highly enough. The room was well appointed, beautifully finished and the private balcony was such a wonderful bonus with amazing views. The staff were lovely and the whole building from reception, to the breakfast room, to the gardens have been beautifully presented and are clearly well looked after. "Lovely 2 night stay. Great to get an onsite parking space. Restaurant food was fabulous for breakfast and dinner. Staff were great especially Jill & her restaurant team. Will return again soon."

"Room was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff good atmosphere in the bar. Food was good. Great aera for exploring. Stayed here before and the function room and some areas are looking neglected we understand the roof needs replacing on the function room and that there are plans in progress shorty. Needs some love to restore the curb appeal around the check in entrance to give a better first impression. Enjoyed our stay here and good value for money."
