"Room was lovely and spacious, very comfortable bed.
I found that the staff on the front desk ignored me a couple of times when I wanted to ask something, they were not with other customers at the time. They were talking to each other, I waited a while and then gave up. Unfortunately when we stayed there was lots of building work going on and it was very noisy and not very relaxing. I felt that there should be a discount on the price of the room because of this or maybe a complimentary...

"It felt like a bog standard holiday rental rather than an ‘exclusive boutique retreat’ - sadly, the worst place we stayed on our 3.5 week holiday in Australia. Firstly, starting with the positives, the properly is spacious, the location is good and the view of the beach is lovely. "Nice clean apartment. Loved the balcony area which had lovely views over the river. Spacious apartment and great kitchen. Location was a little far from Hasting street but surrounding area was great and had so many nice restaurants and water sports to try which was great.The free loop bus was only a short walk away which was also great.
