"Really spacious apartment and amazing aquadome"

"Property was not cleaner regularly. Yogurt stain on floor of the lift for multiple days. Room was not cleaned once in 5 days. Just resolved the bedding. On one day they re folded on bed but left the other. Breakfast was good. Nice vast choice to fit all tastes. Fantastic location. When we arrived. We had booked a 2x single room (twin) when entering. The bed was set up as a double. When we spoke to reception, it was an effort for them to change it. With them saying. We dont have matress...

"Great location. Rooms and hotel was fun for the children. You will be nickel and dimed for everything at the resort, such as tap water. Location is unbeatable for Legoland access."

"The hotel is not far from the airport and very close to Legoland. My room was very spacious and clean and had all the usual amenities like a kettle, iron and ironing board etc. The breakfast buffet was more than adequate with a varied selection of cereals, bread, coffee, juices etc. It has very limited vegetarian options."

Evening food menu was very limited, and when ordered it took 50 minutes to arrive, there were no apologies for the wait, and the chips were cold ( not even warm). "Nice stay close to LEGOLAND and other Billund attractions. However room walls are very thin and you can hear the running water from other rooms and conversations at times. Box of Lego in the room was a big hit. No hot drink facilities in the room so plan ahead if needed. Also be expected to make your own bed and no room cleaning during your stay. Shop had lots of bits if you have forgotten to pack anything."
