"Everything was amazing! The staff are super friendly and helpful, made sure we had everything we needed. Amazing service! The rooms are very obviously new, clean, and super comfortable rooms. The food was also great, whether it was room service or breakfast really really good. Best feature of the hotel is the beautiful view from our room!"

"I have an overall positive feeling about this camp, but several issues kept me from giving it a higher score. I would rate it 3 stars. The biggest problem was the air conditioning. When we checked in, the room was far too warm to stay in. It took a full 4 hours to cool down to a comfortable level. I was exhausted from the journey and wanted to rest and sleep upon arrival, but we couldn’t use the room and ended up waiting in the restaurant instead. The check-in process was also quite frustrating....

"The staff and service was excellent. Super professional, kind, and hospitalable. The check-in process was smooth. Shuttle will transport you across the desert to the camp site. Campsite was beautiful and taken care of well from the outside. Set proper expectation: more of a glamping experience, rather than a luxury hotel. "Hi there this review is a bit late but I would just like to thank the staff, Thaer was great during my stay, and on the fianl night I broke my leg and the manager I think He was called Mamoun, came from home to stay with me at the hospital while I was being treated, they were fantastic and couldnt have been nicer to me with my broken leg"

It sits at the entrance to Petra, minutes from the Treasury site, close to restaurants, next to the tourist information area, view of the city, fantastic breakfast, great A/C, coffee, quiet area, and a fun atmosphere in the Cave (bar). "Our stay was wonderful, the staff were very helpful and did all what they can to make our stay comfortable, they allow us for early check in and late check out although the resort was fully booked at that time. The breakfast buffet was generous, well diversified, and with excellent taste of food. The housekeeping service was excellent, the room was tidy, and well cleaned and maintained everyday. What can I say more about our stay other than it was excellent and joyful, I wished I could stay for...

"The experience in Romantic Moment Rum is inexplicable as it seems like you're in another planet. As for the camp, Atef, the owner was incredibly accommodating and so easy to deal with. The food at the camp's kitchen could be better; it's mediocre, to say the least because Jordanian foods are generally savory. Lastly, (I hope they change this...) you'll have to pay extra for a bottle of water or a cup of coffee or juice on top of the 15 JD mediocre dinner. However, if you can look past the food...
