"This hotel is located just in front of the entrance of Bundala national park. I really enjoyed early morning safari which they recommended. They provided me an upgraded room, and free dinner. That was so surprising. And I could see an elephant from the balcony at night. I hope to come back with friends in top season because they told me that we can camp in the national park with reasonable price."

"Wow, what an experience. When we pulled up into the camp, there was an elephant just there (a tusker no less). The standards were consistently high from there. We were well looked after by the manager Ravi, with impeccable service throughout. My wife's gluten free requirement being well looked after. The views are stunning, the food was great. "It was extremely difficult to check out. They do not have the facilities for customers to use a credit card. The girl at the front desk is nice but she is over worked; she cooks, cleans, wait tables and acts as thr receptionist too. The room was not ready at 3:30. The owner does not have much understanding about working with Expedia.com. He spoke to me rudely on phone and I do not think he and his staff are properly trained in hotel buisness.
