She told me she has been hosting guests that come from Expedia for free for years because she doesn't know how it works, and has no idea how to delete her account or remove availability. "Booked my mother here for her vacation. She doesn't drive and they helped to pick her up at the airport and drop off..i wanted to surprise her with a spa and they referred me to a wonderful Juju Beauty spa who did an excellent job too....thank you so much to the staff for good communication and very helpful "
