"Booked 3 rooms for 1 night as we were needing somewhere to stay overnight before continuing further up north, but there were a lot of things that went wrong.
To start, one of the rooms prior to checking in were left open. You would think that by adding the number of people staying per room, this would indicate how much toiletries to put in each room (towels, toothbrushes, etc.). This was not the case and we had to ask for additional towels for a room that is supposed to accommodate 4 people....

"Beautiful landscape with awesome swimming pool and ocean view but the property is somewhat rundown. It’s not being maintained. The hardware in my bathroom is rusty. Definitely looks old and it smelled like sewer after taking a long shower. Room is big but very dull. No character for what is advertised as 5 star hotel. Breakfast is a typical Filipino breakfast; not exciting for a hotel rated as 5 star. "

"Creo q los desayunos son pesimos, no hay fruta, ni zumos, ni una simple tostada, las habitaciones no las limpian y el bar tiene unos horarios un poco escuetos. Lo mejor de todo la gente del poblado. Si no hubiera surf en esa playa no me acomodaria en este hotel."

"The property was amazing but the breakfast was always cold. I booked a queen bed but when I arrived they said the room was two full sized beds. I was traveling with my girlfriend and it was embarrassing to have to tell them we were a couple and needed one bed. Me and my girlfriend our discreet about our relationship so needed to explain we as two women need a single bed was so embarrassing. After that situation I was uncomfortable the whole time at the hotel when around the staff. The hotel...

"The place is beautiful and the customer service is fine. There's just a small dead cockroach in one room and another at the rest room. It could have been improved if it will be checked prior receiving guests so they could remove it plus we lack one towel during the stay which could have checked as well. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. It is accessible to a lot of restaurants and other places to visit."
