"Excellent place to stay away from the noisy beach street. The rooms are spacious and clean, the managememt is super pro-active and really tries to accommodate your needs. I had a great time, thank you."

"The location was amazing! But that is about it. The sheets had stains on them, so did the towels, the fridge was moldy and warm, it said breakfast was included which we never got. Happy we only spent a night here, would not have spent more"

"A nice hidden spot near the railway station with fleeting views of the beach, friendly staff and access to the gym next door. It’s a reasonable walk to Turtle Bay, but the main restaurants/bars are approximately 15 min walk away. BUT, a Tuktuk is like £1 (GBP) so very reasonable. A great stay overall."

"We arrived in the early hours of the morning, with the help of Chaminda who kindly met us at the airport. Incredibly warm welcome, lovely place to stay, and amazing hospitality from the entire family and staff. Thank you for helping us enjoy Sri Lanka"
