"Our trip was in February 2025: The weather was sunny with highs around 78 and a slight breeze... perfect! The Villa was very clean and orderly. The king bed was comfortable. The neighborhood was quaint and well kept. The laundry area was immaculate and the General Manager, Shantell, was so kind and helpful. "The location is on the end of the island near Bluff House. Keep this in mind if visiting during off season that you might want to purchase items to cook or warm up because the resorts nearby are closed. There are many nice food and beverage spots on island. The host l, Ashley, was very responsive and accommodating. The house is comfortable and well equipped. Would definitely recommend and return! "

"Great little villa by the beach and centrally located between the two restaurants. The golf cart was definitely appreciated. It was nice to get some breakfast and dinner quicker than walking would’ve been treasure K is a pretty small island community so there’s not a whole lot to do unless you bring your own fun. But sitting on the beach a week before Thanksgiving and swimming in the water was great. Be careful of the little jellyfish they can sting but it doesn’t really hurt too much at all. "
