"Overall a wonderful stay and would absolutely come again! Beautiful resort with absolutely stunning views and rooms. Spa is fairly priced and excellent. Location very near little Adam’s peak makes for a convenient sunrise walk. Staff all around very good and made the stay welcoming. Some things to be improved: While restaurant food is good, the prices are extortionate and we ended up eating majority of meals in local Ella for a fraction of the price. "Stunning views, especially of the waterfall. Spacious and clean room. Our balcony was extra large! They served a very delicious breakfast for a good price. We actually enjoyed it more than when we ate in town. The internet was a problem though, it did not work or was so slow it was unusable, but thankfully we had a hot spot to take video calls for work. Would definitely recommend as long as you don’t need internet. "

"2泊3日しましたが、総合的にとても大満足でした！泊まってよかったです！ まず、飛行機の遅延の影響でチェックインが深夜3時になってしまいましたが、メッセージを送ったらその時間でも大丈夫、とのことで、無事に対応いただけました。 朝も6:00の電車があり、5:00にチェックアウトと朝食を持たせてくれました。本当に優しいスタッフでした。 また、朝食夕食もお願いしましたが、とても眺めのいいレストランで、料理も美味しく、本当に良かったです。 ありがとうございました！"

"we had a lovely time in Galway Heights. We really liked the location in a small rural road close to a hindu temple and small village and in the tea plantations. Breakfast was very nice, and the staff very attentive. The only grievance was the lack of elevator. We would definitely recommend this."
