"The place was OK. I was not impressed with the service in terms of staff friendliness and service oriented particularly at the dining area while having breakfast"

"Not so good, bugs in the units I got"

"The title is Hell no! Last year I gave them 5 stars this year things have drastically changed . Where do I start with the madness. 1. Check in they double booked my room so they had to put us in another room which they claim was an upgrade because it had a balcony. When I went there the balcony faces a solid brick wall. 2. "I spent almost two hours in the lobby trying to confirm my reservation. The staff needs more training."

"Most of their rooms ( deluxe and standard rooms we stayed in) have a serious light changing issues, such that whenever there is a power glitch or change over, power doesn’t restore in the room automatically as it should, you’d have to keep standing up to go manually sort it out on the light key switch. Very annoying thing to do at night. Every other thing is decent, and staff are courteous and friendly. "

"Hotel is located in a nice, serene environment, the front desk staff Isaiah was very courteous & professional. Rooms seem clean and the environment felt safe. The only thing is that Hotels.com advertised that breakfast is included in the price, however, this was not the case. Also, internet was so slow that it wasn't usable. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience "

"The property itself was fantastic and really well maintained. Exceptional apartment, very clean and spacious. I had such an enjoyable stay. Staffs were very friendly and helpful with my needs. Very comfortable and nice place to stay in Benin. Definitely will be back. Thank you for being such a great host!"
