"オンラインチェックインを事前にしていましたが、部屋のアクセスキーの設定が間違っており、ホテルへ入れたものの部屋に入ることができませんでした。いろいろな媒体でメッセージを送るも1時間以上返信がなく、こちらから電話してアクセスキーの設定をしてもらえたようで、到着から1時間以上してようやく部屋に入れました。 海外旅行だと気軽に電話することができないので、ホテルに管理人がいないのならばメッセージですぐに連絡をとれるよう体制を整えるべきです。部屋は綺麗でしたが、非常に最悪な旅の始まりになりました。"

"The room was great. Everything was modern and comfortable. The check-in process is scary if you wait until the last minute. I accept most of the responsibility, but I wish I would have received a warning e-mail for not checking in the day before. Just an email that would make me acknowledge the automated process that I would be entering into and without help from staff on site. We were on a 42 day trip with 14 different hotels, so we were spoiled by most of the hotels that had staff to assist...

"Lamira was a great base for our visit to Zürich. Although we had a car and could drive to the city centre, there was a train station with ample service just a short walk up the street. There was a convenience store nearby, too, for when we forgot something at the grocery store. The studio was very comfortable. "The location was a 12ish minute walk from the train station. The listing didn’t have many photos so we didn’t really know what to expect but it was a room with beds. The bathroom door didn’t latch closed. There was an outdoor space in the back that was a nice addition to hang out in though."
