"It was difficult to find the entrance to the hotel, it's on the 5th floor, we went in through a shopping mall. The staff were extremely helpful when I wanted guidance on a train journey. "

"The hotel is very old and once you get to your floor theres many stains on the carpets and there was mold in our bathroom walls. The linen in our bed was 2 sheets (one to cover the mattress and one to cover ourselves). The linen seems old and there was no mattress protection. The room was big compared to other places so that was nice, besides that theres nothing special in here."

"The hotel is connected directly to the Okayama train station through a walkway and an escalator. Super convenient. We got upgraded and received access to their sky bar, which was lovely. The hotel room is fine and clean, not as modern compared to some other hotels. The staff is incredibly helpful and very welcoming."

"This was the nicest 3 to 4 star hotel we stayed in when visiting several regions in Japan. A large, comfortable rooms, helpful staff, excellent breakfast and very accessible location are key reasons for our positive feedback."

"The hotel is attached to Okayama station, which is very convenient. It took me a little bit of time to locate the entrance to the hotel, which is attached to the same building that the Gu store is in. The hotel itself is well maintained, and the room was clean. The hotel offered good amenities and staff were all very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I forgot that I had a breakfast and so didn't experience this (which was entirely my fault!) so I cannot comment on the breakfast...

"Sehr gute Verbindung zum Bahnhof (Bus und Straßenbahn) und zum Hafen Uno (Naoshima) mit Bus. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe (Izakaya Hinaya ist super). Hauptpostamt zum Bargeldabheben gegenüber. Frühstück ist voll in Ordnung, nur der Orangensaft war nicht gut."
