"Hello, I have 2 points. The 1st is that it should be easier to get all info in EN. Perhaps a check box somewere on web ? 2nd - most info related to this property is about the main interrest - the diving. None about the winter season. It would be enough to mention the Gerlitzen web I guess. Anyway - the host was always responsive and helpful and we were able to communicate in EN which was great. "WiFi advertised in posting and Stayed there a year ago and WiFi was slow. Stayed again and had no working WiFi for the whole stay and despite reporting the problem to the owner manager nothing was resolved during the week.House was great but stay was really affected by having no WiFi with teenage children. A real shame and we won’t stay again. "

"We booked this place for a family of 5 plus two grandparents. The flat is really big but poorly laid out. It had four bedrooms but only one toilet, separate from the bathroom. It really needs another toilet, there is plenty of space! There was no book explaining how everything works, and the electricity cut out when we switched the cooker on, leaving us having to work out how to sort the fuse box ourselves.
