"First, the positives. The beds were great and comfortable, the price was cheap and once you got in to the property, it was safe. Second, the negatives. Located right near to the property was a casino, with the sign missing a couple of letters. Sitting outside was about 4 or 5 homeless people. "There was sand or something on the floor. It was very difficult to pay at time of check in since there is no front desk. It is NOT handicap accessible. So be prepared to go up stairs. They bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in "

"Exceptional place to stay in Thunder Bay! This is one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in - three nice sized bedrooms, kitchen is new, clean, and has everything you need. Super-comfortable memory foam mattresses and great bedding and blankets. Just an overall great place that exceeded our expectations at every turn. "Check in was fast, easy and contactless. Host was communicative and responsive. Location was excellent for what I needed. However you are right downtown and you can hear everything going on outside on a Friday/Saturday night. Room was sanitary but not clean. Definitely needed a good vacuum, dust and deep clean of the bathroom. Overall, it was not a bad place to stay for a quick budget friendly trip. "
