"There was no towel ready when we came and it took them 30 minutes+ to get even though we ask two times and they said 2 minutes. We ordered tea to the room which was also very slow. Seems like they forgot we came. Otherwise, nice place with a beautiful view. Last thing, google maps didnt show right direction. When we called them they knew that it show a wrong route, so we (our driver) had a 45 minutes detour. "

"Terrible experience. After a mic-up between the hotel and hotels.com, I was repeatedly threatened with legal action, and the hotel was in general not interested in resolving the issue - refused to pick up the phone and refused to access hotels.com. Terrible, terrible treatment of customers, and horrendous attitude. "

"Beautiful place with very friendly and proactive staff... Vijay was star of the place... the food was well cooked and we ended up licking our fingers in the end... must try the chicken curry... it’s a perfect place if you want to cut of from the world "

"Few words about this hotel. First i must say that the hotel was always clean and the breakfast service was great, besides that all was terrible, it felt like we were a target. They charged us for every moment. We order a room for 2 adults and a kid, we got a small queen bed for 3 of us, when we asked for extra bed, they charged us 15$ per night, when we lost a card key, they charged us for a 1000r...the toilet stopped working for 3 times..
the most strange thing was at the day we left , they...
