"Muy lindo!"

"The Hyatt Place Dhaka Uttara is a great hotel. This was my third stay and it was just at as enjoyable as the first two. Mr Rakibul at the front desk is a very professional and helpful man, as are all the staff I had interactions with. Their command of the English language is amazing and so I never had to repeat anything. Rooms and spotlessly clean, no bad smells, and well equipped. The location is perfect also. The beds are so comfortable I missed dinner on two nights, and slept right through."

"Even though it was a one night stay as I traveled through Dhaka, the hotel and its staff were excellent. Room was very clean. Airport transfers were handled very well"

"Great service.great people,"

"Buen hotel que necesita algún ajuste en la habitación para seguir considerándolo 5 estrellas. En cualquier caso, un hotel al que ir si se va a Dhaka. "

"Excelente hotel para una estancia en Dhaka. Seguridad 24/7. El desayuno es muy bueno y abundante y la habitacion enorme. El bano cuenta con ducha y banera. La limpieza es excepcional tanto en la habitacion como en el bano. Sin lugar a dudas un sitio al que volver."

Lastly, the business lounge is useful for meetings and the reception is helpful in arranging pickups and drop offs for the airport."

"Terrible experience. I suggest all of you don’t go to stay there. They try to blackmail you. Be careful to go to there"

"We checked in around 9pm and were surprised that we had to wait while they cleaned the room. The room was large but felt a bit outdated. There were not a lot of breakfast options, but the quality of the food was goid enough and the service was very friendly. We reserved a toom here after staying at The Way in Dhaka to compare the two. Given the similar price points, The Way offered superior service and quality and had no mosquitos, which was a big plus in dengue season. Overall, Lakeshore is a...

"Nice people and clean hotel BUT: terrible windows. the hotel is very close to a main road, where bus and cars horn all the time. so even with good earplugs you are disturbed by the noise. who designed rooms with a single glass window close to a main road?"
