"This is a little gem of a boutique hotel very close to the Ganges. The neighborhood is a little rough, but transportation can take you nearly to the front door and once through it, you’re transported into a world of elegance and comfort. The chef in the restaurant is first class and the food absolutely superb. The rooms were comfortable and spacious with plenty of amenities. The views were sensational across the valley. And the Staff were helpful, compassionate and knowledgeable. Highly...

"Clean room"

"Lovely, traditional boutique mansion on banks of Ganga. Lots of in house activities. Private ghat, where railings can trap some flotsam. Buffet Indian and Continental breakfast."

"Superb hotel and staff. Returned to this hotel after 11 years. It has since been taken over and refurbished to a very high standard. One of the staff from 11 years ago, Pankaj, was still there. Very helpful with looking after our luggage etc. Ekta on reception made contact earlier on the day of arrival and organised a quick check in and also for us to go for the aarti which was going to be soon after we arrived. Rahul and team were fantastic in the restaurant, accommodating with the option of...

"Helpful staff, clean property and pleasant stay"

"What is great? Overall Property location, staff, rooms and maintenance and services are great. You can walk to Har ki Paudi and Roopeway to Mansa Devi easily in addition to being close to famous eateries and markets. What are the challenges? 1. Near by area stinks of cow dung and is messy (but then this is Har ki Paudi, Haridwar). 2. From Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Parking to the hotel walk is challenging if you have heavy bags or strollers as the area is heavily crowded area). Though the...

"Average"

"Not worth the price. The balcony is shared by several rooms, which the listing doesn't mention. The lift is old and has a manual gate, so if it isnt closed properly you are stuck"

"Very less option in food"

"Very Disappointing Experience I booked this hotel specifically for an AC room, and the booking clearly showed that the room included AC. However, after arriving, the hotel manager refused to provide the AC room/service and did not give any proper explanation. When I asked what I was supposed to do after booking and paying for an AC room, the manager simply refused to help and even made an unprofessional remark along the lines of “itne paise mein AC kahan se milega?” This is completely...
