"Clean rooms"

"Was wonderful. Was had to wait awhile to check in, but there was self-service wine and we sat outside in the garden on the beautiful sunny afternoon. The rooms were large and lovely, very comfy beds, large bathroom, the heaters were plenty warm. We did a tour of the winery production and had a heuriger dinner that evening. Situated in a beautiful paet of the Weinvertel, and there are ample opportunities to hike and ride bike. Lots of other wineries nearby as well."

Die zentrale Lage zwischen Wien und Bratislava (je ca. 40 Minuten) macht es ideal für Tagesausflüge. Einziger kleiner Nachteil: Es gibt keine Waschmaschine und es fehlten ein paar Schüsseln. Insgesamt aber ein toller Ort für einen entspannten Urlaub mit Hund!"

"El hotel queda muy lejos de Viena, si no tienes transporte propio es muy díficil llegar en transporte público. El hotel es muy viejo, el desayuno no está incluido y es bastante regular."

We requested a late checkout at 2:00 pm instead of 11:00 am, and they graciously accommodated us, which we truly appreciated. Our room was clean, comfortable, and warm, and the breakfast buffet was excellent with a great variety of options. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations and is 100% recommended. "Veníamos de una ruta por austria y ya habiamos estado en otros hoteles,así que pudimos comparar, y no nos gusto nada. No estaba muy limpia la habitación, la mampara de la ducha, la grifería y vasos estaba llena de cal, había mucho polvo en las ventanas y enchufes.Faltaba muchos detalles como secador, y alguna cafetera,como habíamos tenido en otros hoteles de la misma categoría. No había teléfono en la habitación para comunicarte con recepción, y cuando llamamos con el nuestro no hubo manera de...

"Close to the public transport, easy to get to the city, shops are nearby as well. Need to work on basic toiletries and shower amenities. Or at least let the guests know a head of time."

"Hjälpsam och trevlig personal som löste att vi bokat fel och råkat boka ett singelrum för 3 personer. Vi fick ett dubbelrum och ett enkelrum bredvid varandra och sonen blev helnöjd över eget rum. Stupava är ett mysigt litet samhälle med supergod gelato utanför hotellet och gångavstånd till flera restauranger med bra service och god mat. Bra parkering på innergården av hotellet. "

Friendly staff, everything you need as far as the room goes, incl aircon which was very welcome given it was 34 degrees that day. There was plenty of choice in the restaurant. Breakfast was fine. There could have been more choice but at this price I thought the stay was excellent value overall"
