"I made a booking in Nov for a night in Jan for 3 people, the hotel didn't charge me right away, but all of a sudden at the end of Dec, with a different company name. The amount they charged me wasn't what was listed neither (CHF 15 higher), so I had no way to recognise the transaction. After crosschecking everywhere, even chatted with an agent on Expedia, I thought my card info was stolen, and so I had reported it to my bank, cancelled the card and tried to get a refund. "In all regards, the hotel was outstanding. Classic Swiss hospitality made for a very snug and welcoming place to stay. Kudos to staff, all of whom were courteous and friendly. I would add that the negronis in La Perla were superb!"

"The rooms at Haus Spescha are so clean and modern yet cosy. It was snowing during our short stay so was also great we could use the facilities at Lenzerhorn such as the Spa . We visited the bar and restaurant Heid Stibl and both were fabulous. The breakfast is relaxed and food and drink excellent. But most of all the staff in all departments are so helpful and friendly in any way they can be. Thank you for such a wonderful short stay in Switzerland"
