"Pros: Very clean room in a recently built neighborhood. Excellent security and the reserved parking spot was a PLUS! Cons: All the info regarding the access to the apt, the tenant’s and renter’s responsibilities and the incidentals was overwhelming and somewhat confusing. Way too much info in the emails and attachment. If you could streamline that to the bare minimum, you’d get a perfect 10! Keep up the good work and I will definitely stay with BHA on my next trips to the area!"

You are able to control outside barriers and gates, the building and apartment entries, and even elevator using a web interface, Make sure your phone is charged before you come and during your stay or you could be in for a surprise.
