"Don't be fooled! Firstly, this is not a villa, it's essentially a cabana around a bunch of other ones connected to each other. There are lights directly outside of the room (and no curtains, just transparent, paper thin cloth) that go on and off all night, every time a car drives by, illuminating the entire bedroom. If you try and hang in the living room at night, the stadium lights from the car barge light everything up and ruin the view. The pillows were the worst, they were only the giant...

"The space was nice and open with a balcony in the front and the back. Beach chairs and towels and a cooler were provided (though the property does not have beach access). Parking was easy enough … for St. John; such steep hills!"

"This place is a hidden gem!! the rooms are rundown, but have what you need. They even have extra beach gear, including bags, towels, toys to borrow.Dave and Karen run it like a bed-and-breakfast -where they take care of their guests and they encourage guests to get to know each other. We met a lot of nice people during the rum punch happy hour and breakfast time. We will definitely stay here when we return to St. John!"
