"Hotel was great, very accommodating. The food was delicious. We had the Pizza and the combo with chicken, mozzarella sticks and curly fries. Curly fries could have been cooked longer, but other than that it was great period the pool was a good time loved that there's an hour for adults only even though kids are not a problem, it was just there was few people in the pool in hot tub at that time period. Everything was super clean all around. Staff was incredibly nice and helpful."

"Clean room. Only think is there were 2 smoke detectors that kept blinking white lights all night that woke me up. I don't smoke, but my mom was happy that it is allowed in the casino rather than having to go outside. Staff were pleasant. It was really nice to receive 2 free drinks upon check-in."

"The rooms were great but there was no coffee pot in the room and when we asked for one, the first time the person said they would have one brought up. 4 hours later no coffee pot. We asked again and this time they said they didn’t have one because the ones they ordered leaked. Tried to call down to desk and never got an answer. The rooftop bar drinks were not at all good. "This hotel is older and the doors and walls are extremely thin. You could hear everything, and I do mean everything going on outside of the room. Beds were not uncomfortable and air conditioning worked well. Front desk employees interacted as little as possible with guests. The lady cleaning and keeping continental breakfast was very nice and friendly to guests. Not a great value overall for the cost paid to stay there."

"The Sioux City Comfort Inn was substandard at best. First thing I noticed as I checked in was a sign on the desk saying they don't allow locals to stay there because of past "problems"; clue #1 as to how the night would go. Next thing I noticed was the side door we used to bring our stuff in had the door latch taped with package tape to keep the door from locking; it stayed that way all night I guess because it was still taped up in the morning. The carpet in the hallway was stained and wrinkled...

"This was an older property the room was very nice and roomy, it was clean and the bathroom had some nice updates. The bed was comfortable. There was a slight smell like old smelling, but we got used to it quickly. The pool was very cold and the hot tub was not very hot. But they were clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful."
