"My family had cabin 7... My originally booked this stay for the holiday weekend I was told the room came with outside amenities a grill and chairs. We had nothing. Which was very disappointing. The cabin was not clean at all The bathroom was horrible The toilet still had poop in it from whoever stayed there before. Hair was all over the sink. "Very close to entrance, clean and nice rooms. Would liked instructions on using satellite tv/ remote. ( for kids) and they put chemicals in the pool before check out. So, kids couldn’t swim between 9 am and 11. I feel like they should do that between 11-4 after you check out, and before you can check in. I would have liked to use up some of their energy before we left. But otherwise, a great stay."

"Rm 7 at Alexander landing is great. It was clean with everything you need. It has great outdoor space and a hot tub. October is perfect because we had the pace to ourselves. The only negative was the manager/ cleaning lady. Hot tub was supposed to be open but she rudely told us it wouldn’t be open for another half hour. I tried for two days to get a hold of whoever I needed to get a hold of to see if I could have my boyfriend check in instead of me since he would be there earlier. "I rented 2 Hotel rooms based off the pictures provided. I choose Hotels over Motels for more security for my mom (78). We were booked into a run down motel off the hotel property. This is a golfer’s delight, as when the rounds were over, the party was in the parking lot, on both sides of us. "This was the worst experience I've ever had! I booked one address and was sent to a different one that was horrible! No backyard and no dock outside! There was also a door upstairs that should have been blocked off considering it was a straight drop. I was not greeted with any respect and I will not return, I suggest others find a better place that's safe."
