"Last night of our stay was a nightmare. People screaming and slamming doors at 3am"

"Unfortunately after spending a long day driving(10+ hours) we had to wait a while to get keys as the front desk person was having a hard time with the computer. She did let us into our room but then we had to wait for her to call and go back and finish the paperwork. Took about 30 minutes. There was hardly any lukewarm or hot water for the showers. Sign on bathroom mirror stated towels and linens would be changed daily and they weren’t . We chose this place to stay as I specifically searched...

"When I pulled up, the property looked deserted. Called to summon desk to check me in. He was very polite. The top safety latch was missing on my door, which being in the hotel all by myself was a little unnerving. Literally, I was alone with no hotel workers. There was no breakfast set up. I will say that everything looked very clean. Almost looked like they were working to fix up. Paid more then I would have expected for what I got. "

"The pet arrangement was very good. A park was 1 block away. We had to contact the host & the problem was solved within a short time. We felt very safe in the unit. We would stay here again. Excellent & the best in furniture & decor. Loved the chocolates on the pillows. "

"My sister and I return to the River House every fall. The hosts, David & Betsy, are wonderful. A large rain storm came the day of our scheduled departure and we requested an extension to our reservation. They generously agreed and made the extra night complimentary. This year we saw four eagles fishing on the river. Emlenton is a cute, quiet town with everything a visitor needs. Great stay!!!"
