"Overall great service and clean facilities"

"No one was at the front desk to greet us. We stood and waited for someone to come. Our room was unlocked and door propped open. The bed was NOT comfortable at all. Black mold in shower and overall room was not clean. In the morning, there was NO breakfast as stated there would be. THIS PLACE WAS UNDER RENOVATION and we were NOT told that. No one at front desk to check us out so we put key at front desk and walked out. There was also personal mail and paperwork layed on front table for anyone...

Location is great, right on the lake, the home itself is warm and welcoming, fully furnished and equipped, parking right in front, two screened in areas, ceiling fans in all rooms, more beautiful than shown in pictures. Hated to leave and will definitely be back."
