"This is not a cheap stay, and for the money I expected more. It wasn’t bad, just not what I expected for $1100 for 2 nights. The room was average, felt outdated, balcony view of the atrium was nice. Shower drained slow and pooled which I think is so gross. The room had no body wash - I could have brought our own but for just 2 nights I figured it would be easier to just use what they had. We had a bar of hand soap…again just for the price not what I expected. The Cantina buffer was $42 for...

"The property is very beautiful and accommodating. Loved having breakfast by the pool. Also, after just checking in we accidentally broke a glass getting into our room and by the time we got back to the room after letting staff know it was cleaned up at no charge to us. This is a great place to stay"

"The alarm clocks wake you up at 6am unless you check them and turn them off before you go to bed. Sadly I didn't check the clock, since I wasn't setting an alarm. It woke us up at 6am"

"This place looked good from the outside into the lobby, but that is where it stops. The so called breakfast every day was plastic tasting flat sausage and powder eggs, toast and orange juice that taste like water that’s it. The air condition in the room leaked with water on the carpet. It stayed there for the whole time we were there. No maid service, no fresh towels."
