"Fue una experiencia horrible. Al entrar el olor a cigarrillo y humedad era terrible. Las toallas estaban grises y olían a cigarrillo. La bañera estaba llena de costra y sucia. Las cortinas no cerraban bien y estaban tostadas. Entregué la habitación esa misma noche porque no podíamos dormir ahi. Si dormía en esa cama me iba a despertar enferma. La peor experiencia de mi vida con un hotel."

"just what I needed for one night. I walk with a walker and the manager left the front desk to take me outside and show me where to park, carried my suitcase inside the room and showed me how to operate the lights. I felt comfortable and safe."
