"The front desk guy was super nice but the room was not. We ended up getting other accommodations. Front desk guy said they were renovating the property…. I guess if you need a place in a pinch it would work."

"Absolutely horrible. Mold, bugs, smoke smell, live wires, stains, graffiti, holes in the wall. NOT AS DESCRIBED. we immediately walked out of there and asked for a refund. They said they couldn’t give us a refunded because “the owner is a scammer.” Couldn’t even set our stuff down in there."

"This is by far the nastiest property I have ever had the displeasure of staying at. The room smelled like moldy dogs, there were dead flys everywhere and the mattress cover stains from God knows what. Lucky I was on camping trip so I had river shoes to walk around room, and sleeping bag that I used to sleep on top of covers. I only got the room because of heavy rain storm, If given the choice next time I’ll sleep outside in the rain. At least I know what I’ll be facing. "

"Peaceful country setting , comfortable accommodations, most excellent Host. The birds and wildlife around the area fill the air with thier songs and sounds as evening turns into night , while you relax on the covered patio, very enjoyable stay!"

"Beautiful property and extremely clean! Kitchen and additional supplies were well stocked. Definitely enjoyed our stay here. Wish we could have stayed longer to take advantage of the kayaks.FYI- this was our first time visiting Mena and riding the trails at Wolf Pen. This was my mistake not confirming mileage to trail head but it’s far! About 15 miles and having to drive on two highways. We didn’t feel comfortable so we decided to haul our SxS to the trailhead instead each day. "

"Clean, cute bungalow with everything you need...games, coffee, extra blankets, and much more. We were there for a trail run, and the house is a perfect distance to trails, restaurants, and and a brewery.Tasha, our host, was quickly responsive and helpful."

"While we couldn't make use of the yard due to rain, sitting inside listening to the rain on the roof was restful and theraputic, giving us a place to recharge from daily life and responsibilities."
