"Worked great for our group of 3 adults and 5 kids! Really appreciated the accessibility of the house, as one of the kids is a wheelchair user. The master bedroom was large with plenty of room for transfers and storing equipment and the ramp to the front door was perfect. The sunroom is such a nice space. We really enjoyed hanging out in there. Loved that wheelchairs can get to the sunroom, but heads up, it's via an outdoor ramp. Works fine most of the year but could be tricky in the winter!...

"Everything was great for our group of 6 adults and 4 kids. Everyone had their own space, bathrooms and the basement with pool table, games, Arcade machines were a huge hit with the kids (and adults to be fair!!)Kelly the host was very flexible with everything and replied to any questions we had immediately. Would highly recommend this to a large group of people. 2 rooms in basement with queen beds in each room. Bunk bed upstairs on another room and two other rooms with queen beds plus a bathroom...

"Good for a place to sleep. Not ideal for any central place to gather in unit. This is an upstairs space and AC is via a window vented portable unit in one bedroom and there isn’t one in the 2nd bedroom. So you have to keep doors open and the unit is loud to sleep with. Floor fans would help to circulate air throughout. Enclosed porch/seating area was too warm to be functional. Aroma from kitchen below in the main house filled the space.
