"Such a cool and hip property..in a great location!! The staff was awesome..super helpful and friendly!! The only complaint is no water or coffee available in the rooms. Kind of a bummer to have to walk to the lobby for a coffee, or to get a glass of water. But had a great bar, food options for snacks, and the lobby entertained my kids for hours!! So many fun games and things to do!! Great location as well..highly recommended."

"If you can stay somewhere else, DO! The staff was terrible. We waited test goes to get into our room because it hadn’t been cleaned and it took that long to figure out. The pool was freezing and there were no towels. When we asked for towels, the receptionist, who was laying head down at her desk in the break room, said, I would help you if I can, but I can’t, and laid her head back down. When we asked for a refund, we were told absolutely not and we could pay an early departure fee if we left....

"The facility had no hot water and limited air conditioning. The TV reception was very unreliable. It was filthy, moldy and musty and no one really seemed to care. All supplies were limited and a very limited breakfast was also poorly handled. Obviously no city or state inspector has visited during this current lease period. Talked to the Manager apon leaving and was told the facility was currently being leased prior to a purchase agreement. Supposedly negotiating corrections and repairs to the...

"I was in Omaha for a wedding. This was during the college World Series. The only room I can find for a decent price that was on one thing I liked about it, but I didn’t like about it with it. It’s hard to reach, it wasn’t very clean. (there was something spilled on the floor in the elevator, and nobody had cleaned it up and it was very sticky.) and the rooms are old and they need updating."

"I love this hotel for my grandkids! All ages can enjoy their pool. Even though it only goes to 3ft it is still fun to play with kids and go down the water slide! Hot tub so warm and relaxing! And FREE BREAKFAST!! Compared to other hotels in Omaha, Ne this is THE BEST PLACE FOR FAMILIES AND KIDS!!"

"Check in was smooth and easy. When we got to the room, at surface level looked clean, but then we started noticing things. In the bathroom, there was a used bar of soap laying on the floor, there was mascara on one of the pillow cases, and the lamp shades were very dirty/dusty."

"This has an indoor and outdoor pool. The restaurant and bar staff were both very friendly. Our breakfast waitress was the BEST! Also, this hotel has the most comfortable beds."
