"Very nice, bathroom needed tweeked"

"The staff were very helpful and friendly. As we were driving to Omaha we realized we would be arriving early at about the same time as thunderstorms started rolling through the are. I called the hotel and they were extremely accommodating inmaking it so we could check in early. The room was very spacious and clean."

"A lot of random damage throughout to dry walls, kids table was broken in my room. The bathtub faucet was broken and unable to set a good temp in the tub. Hallways needed a good vacuum. Burger theory attached to hotel is beyond slow even with little patrons. Pool was ok, obvious wear and tear need to be taken care of, hot tub knob for the jets didn’t work so just a pool of warm water. Overall price through booking app is ok for what you get, kids didn’t notice anything but as an adult it was meh....

"The front desk area was nice, newly renovated. The gentleman checking us in was friendly and helpful. Stayed in 206- newly renovated. Bathroom was great- nice lighting/mirror, shower was awesome- hot water, multiple spray choices, good water pressure, watch out turning on the sink faucet- water will shoot up the front of the vessel type sink and get you, the counter top and floor wet. Bed was comfy, pillows were good, sheets clean. Usually beds are too hard, this one was almost perfect. Got...

"The hotel was nice, clean, and had good amenities but it falls short for the price point. The drinks at the pool bar were sub par and expensive, in room dining wasn’t available, brunch was ok, just cut corners on a few things, rooms were small but nice - bed was very comfortable. Ultimately a nice experience - but wouldn’t come back for the price point."

"We travel a lot and this hotel has to be the worst we’ve ever experienced in terms of hospitality and customer service. There is an obvious management issue where staff are poorly trained and the hotel is even understaffed at times. Another lady and I waited for someone at front desk for almost a half an hour with no one to be found and we even called the front desk while standing there and heard the phone ring to the back with no one to answer.
