"The cleanliness of this place was just completely unacceptable. In my mind, you have one job, just make sure you clean it well between guests. The bed is also a complete tragedy. I had an event today that I am completely miserable for now because of the lack of sleep and literal pains that I woke up with.
The driveway up the alley is not made for low sitting cars. I dragged my front bumper and bottom of car across it.
I deeply regret staying in this place."

"Traveling with medical alert service animals can often times present unique difficulties for access and cleanliness, but not this trip! We were able to enjoy smooth, simple check-in, quick response from property management and all the little extras (extensive grounds for free play outside, fresh fruit & muffins!) to make our stay one that will be a frequent flier booking. "
