"It was dirty, the pool and hot tub were "under maintenance" (they just did not want to upkeep them), the beds were stained, the sheets were stained and wrinkled- the rooms smelled of smoke, the bathroom had drop ceilings (garunteed mold!!) the shower curtain rod was practically falling off of the wall, the drains smelled like something was rotting in them. There are burn marks on the carpet and all over the hotel room. There was a mysterious wet spot on the floor and the carpets themselves felt...

"Toilet neede jiggling to make it quit running. Card reader for room door was a pain to get it to read card. Pool was closed indefinitely. Room was nice and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. "

"The price of room was shocking - over $400 - for one night, buy it was my 4th year staying here. Last year, the TV didn't work, no biggie. This year, the pool was freezing and the hot tub was cold, like shivering cold. The water was cloudy/dirty. I did let staff know before returning to room for a hot shower. I checked a few hours later, same conditions. I had my daughter & grandson with me, so we were pretty disappointed. Our room was clean & breakfast was very good. Not sure we'll stay...
