"Friendly staff .. loved the kayak rentals. Water was not working and stopped while my Daughter was covered in soap in the shower. But maintenance came and got that fixed and she didn't charge me for the late check out due to the Situation. Other than that. It was 5stars. "

"Sooooo Adorable! It was a very refreshing & rejuvenating stay. There were lots of thoughtful little touches and had everything we needed. It was very comfortable and the hosts are very responsive. It's private, scenic & quiet, but conveniently close to town.We'll definitely return for another getaway and we're looking forward to our next visit! "

"We had a great time staying at the Asylum house. I will not lie it was a bit scary driving up. Once there it was a blast. Walking around the old Hospital grounds. We think we got some voice box recordings. Did hear some screams, well we think we did. Saw the old Prison creepy for sure. Must go to the old cemetery. Could have used more towels, but that would be the only down side. So if your looking for a place that has a past, this is the place. Its a must see for sure. Thanks. John. "

"We traveled with two other families. A total of 6 adults and 6 children. Plenty of room to spread out! Having the boat at the house to rent was such an added bonus! Property manager was super responsive, as was the person who handles the boat rental. "
