"Young men working the desk are helpful, attentive and nice. The guy who seems to be the manager is not very helpful. Says that housekeeping is out today- understandable that happens. The issue is that during a two week stay, the room was NEVER once cleaned or vacuumed, no bedding or towels washed or even swapped out. That lack of attention makes every other small flaw, which there are many, stand out. WiFi is slow & weak signal, which alone probably wouldn’t generate my review."

High Bridge Trail is nearby, Three Rivers Brewery in Farmville. Nice selection of local houses of worship in the area. Would definitely recommend"

"We had an absolutely perfect day at the lodge. The home was exceptionally clean and had a friendly and welcoming atmosphere that made our family feel right at home. We are so appreciated that the house was well stocked with essentials that made it completely stress-free. Meeting the owner was an extra benefit, he was super nice. "

Property is quiet and secluded and yet just minutes from downtown Farmville. It provided everything we needed for our weekend stay and communication, check-in/check-out were good.
